This is tropical and bright with papaya, kiwi, and lemon blossoms. The mouth is a perfect balance of acid and viscosity making it and awesome experience that I want to keep coming back to over and over and over. This wine makes me want to eat Asian Fusion in a dimly lit hipster restaurant with Pink Martini playing in the background.
This fruit is hand picked by Andy and Mabel. It is fermented cold in stainless tanks and then aged 5 months in a combination of neutral oak and stainless barrels. Malolactic fermentation was inhibited.
