A balance of plum and savory notes, fresh herbs and pomegranate, black cherry, blackberry and espresso notes. This wine is bright and energetic, both drinking great now but could age for some time.
Picked “as early as possible,” 25% whole cluster, foot tread, basket pressed, native fermentation and native MLF. Aged 10 months on fine lees in neutral French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The luck these guys had to get their hand on this fruit is pretty amazing.
