Made solely of Pinot Noir fruit in a brut style, this Brut Rosé has a light salmon hue, enticing aromas of rose petals, raspberry, apple skin and brioche palate and bright citrus finish.

Hand made in the traditional method, this sparkling carried out secondary fermentation and aging in the bottle.

2021 Loubud Brut Rosé Sparkling


This is our third time working with Loubud, so that is a record for Ownroot Collective revisits, and I could not be more thrilled about it. Laura has knocked it out of the park again, this time over doubling her production because this wine sold out so fast last time.

The Pinot Noir for this vintage come from both the Cebada Vineyard and the newly added Rancho La Viña. This allowed Laura to over double her production on this wine to a whopping 5 barrels. The dosage was done with bottles of the 2020 vintage that were kept on triage which I also think is super cool.
