Give this wine a minute (or 30) to open up and you will be rewarded with delightfulness. It smells inky out of the gate, showing its high fruit tones. Then it opens to fresh berries and joy. There is blueberry, diatomaceous earth, and spices, throwing old world vibes all over the place. This wine is so cool, and so rewarding.
The grapes were destemmed, fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak for 16 months. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan.
