2022 Filomena Vermentino, Unti Vineyard

Unti is a relatively well known small Sonoma brand, and in wine world is a highly respected farming operation and winemaking production. They are known for taking great care of their property, farming organically, and championing Italian and Spanish varieties. If you have never visited their property before, I would encourage you to check out their unassuming tasting room and pick up some of their killer wines.

When Luke told me that they advertised their two tons of Vermentino in Wine Business I could not believe it. People clamor to get into this vineyard. The luck of cruising around with George Unti and being led to 4 little rows by their house is so special I can hardly stand it. I hope Luke gets this fruit forever.
