Named for Katrina’s Chenin Blanc mentor, a winemaker in South Africa. This wine shows apple pie filling, pear tart, lemongrass and chamomile. It is round and lush, with a wild and natural finish. A mature version of natural Chenin.
These grapes were whole cluster pressed on the gentle cycle, fermented with native yeasts and aged for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered, vegan.
